To the greatest extent possible, I try to keep my pricing transparent. Within my typical coverage area, the price for me to show up will be $40. By calling me and getting me to drop what I'm doing and bring my mobile shop to your door, you're agreeing to pay that minimum fee. I won't do anything beyond that point without your approval.
Additionally, I charge by the service I provide. During regular business hours, the fee for opening a residential or business lock in a nondestructive manner would usually be $50, so the total would be $90.
